How to steal anything without being caught
Very simple to do bug. All you have to do is place an object like a kettle on the face of any NPC. The object will block his view and he won't be able to see you!! That you can steal anything in front of him, and he won't ever see you, no matter how many times you do it or how close to him you are...remember to sneak though, because if you steal something while standing there is no way you won't get a bounty.

Read Oghma Infinium and choose a bonus. Then stop reading the book and drop it from your invetory before 1 second has passed, take the book and put it in a bookshelf, exit the bookshelf. Read the Oghma Infinium but choose "do not read" when prompted to choose a bonus. Then take the Oghma Infinium and repeat the process. This also works by using other containers, such as barrels and nightstands.
The Horse Running In The Sea Bug
Another very easy to do bug which allows you to ride your horse in the water without moving with a decreased speed. All you have to do is unmount and then mount your horse while riding it in the sea. If the horse touches the ground then you have to repeat the process of unmount/mount.

Infinite Daedric Arrows Glitch
So, the title is self explanatory. Once you do this 100% working bug you will have a source of infinite Daedric Arrows. Now let's move onto the most intresting part....which is....how to exploit the bug.
Head to Solitude, outside the guard's castle you will find some guards practising. Pickpocket one of the guards that is shooting arrows and place one Daedric Arrow in his inventory. Wait until night and go find the guard at the time he sleeps. His bed will be at a place called Castle Door which is nearby(the place that Legate Rickie and General Tulius are). Once you find the guard beds at castle door, start pickpocketing each guard until you find the one with the Daedric Arrow in his inventory. Pickpocket that guard and take all other arrows, exept of the Daedric Arrow, from his inventory. Next morning go find him while he shoots arrows. Every arrow he will be shooting from now on will be a Daedric one. And dont forget that his arrows never end. So, as long as he shoots only Daedric Arrows and they never end you can just pick them up when each one is shot and, well, you will have a source of infinite Daedric Arrows.This glitch works with any type of arrow, so if you want him to shoot ebony arrows just place one Ebony arrow instead of a Daedric in his inventory. The glitch doesnt work if you have placed two diferent types of arrows in his inventory. What are you waiting for...start picking up arrows!!
